kde-config-screenlocker software package provides KCM Module for kscreenlocker, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kde-config-screenlocker
kde-config-screenlocker is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kde-config-screenlocker package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kde-config-screenlocker *
You will get with kde-config-screenlocker package name, version, architecture and description in a table
